It starts with two forms of in-depth analyses done by workshops and audits with the key stakeholders.
The findings are summarised in a structured matrix called: ‘The Characteristics of the Ideal Premises.’
This is a matrix that provides a comprehensive comparison of your current premises against the ideal standards, helping you identify areas of alignment or gaps. Only at this stage does the true picture of your premises emerge, enabling actionable insights.
The report concludes with a section offering tailored recommendations for future improvements.
