"Chris and Ipeng at Kilo Architects provided us with a phenomenal level of service and professionalism when designing and specifying our single-story rear extension. The consultation was detailed and Chris demonstrated a good grasp of what was important to us and how to marry it with a design. Initial drawings were produced quickly and changes happened almost instantaneously to adapt the plan prior to planning submission. communication with the planning department, and later building control and contractor was efficient and well-directed. The building control submission and specification detailing was very comprehensive, the contractor and building control inspectors were complimentary of the level of clarity and details in the drawings. Problem solving and questions during the build were dealt with quickly and efficiently and we are really happy with the end result."
