The project exemplifies KILO’s commitment to collaboration and precision. It began with securing an ultra-fast amendment to a planning application, ensuring the project could proceed without delay.

A key challenge was the circular drum, which required seamless coordination between KILO, the specialist cladding manufacturer, and the acoustician. The drum’s design demanded meticulous attention, especially as its location required triple-glazing that was extremely heavy.

Through teamwork and careful planning, the project demonstrates how collaboration drives success in tackling complex design and construction challenges.
