This project highlighted the importance of collaboration, balancing the creation of a new church entirely funded by nine residential units.

Achieving this required clear, high-quality communication with the developer to agree on the brief and specifications. The Employer’s Requirements were kept flexible and updated immediately to reflect compromises as they arose, ensuring the project remained aligned with its goals.

During the construction phase, simplified meetings streamlined the process, minimizing delays and confusion. The shared commitment to avoid mid-stream changes and adhere to agreed plans resulted in the project being completed on time and within budget.
