Management is the essential counterpoint and corollary to design.
We regularly provide a wide range of Project Management services, as follows:
Project Coordination – setting up the team, dealing with appointment documents, establishing the brief/ programme/ cost plan, running the main meetings, reporting on progress against objectives, etc.
Employer’s Agent services: under design and build forms of contract.
Project Management relating to development: including selection of developer-partner by forms of competition and negotiation, liaison with lawyers in relation to the Development Agreement (and leases/ transfers), reviewing and reporting on progress, etc.
Other Management: to assist clients we have tendered, and then supervised, many one-off tasks –
Housing Management contracts for Housing Co-ops, Legal Services contracts, Specialist surveys, Gas monitoring, Business Rates queries, etc.
