Design is the activity which replaces uncertainty with visionary answers.
So we are architects, and we regularly provide all RIBA Work stages.
That means everything from capacity studies and option appraisals, through design and planning, to detailed design, construction information, and tender action, and then to contract administration on site.
To those established stages we also add specialisms in – brief development, masterplanning, urban design, interiors.
We also conduct various forms of consultation, CABE-style reviews, People and Places Audits, etc.
